The best toys for the youngest babies are those that build grip and provide sensorial stimulation through sounds, textures, or contrasting colors, like: mobiles, rattles, and anything they can begin to grasp, pull, kick, squeeze, or shake. Soft dolls and loveys are also great for this age group.
